Fill Out the Surrogate Mother Application
The first step on your journey to becoming a surrogate mother is filling out the surrogate application.

Psychological and Medical Screening
If selected, you will go through psychological and medical screenings before becoming a surrogate mother. The psychological screening will consist of a phone interview and filling out a questionnaire, while the medical screening will consist of 1-2 doctor appointments. These screenings are to make sure you are physically and psychologically ready to become a surrogate mother.

Review and Sign Your Surrogacy Contract
After passing your screenings, an attorney will call you to go over your surrogacy contract. The attorney will work with you to make sure you fully understand what you are signing. Once you are confident that you understand what the contract entails, you will be sent the final surrogacy contract to sign and notarize. At this point, you will get a participation bonus and begin receiving monthly payments.

Review Your In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) Plan
You will be given your IVF plan, featuring your appointment time and medication schedule. Make sure to review this carefully, and ask any and all questions you may have. It is essential that you carefully and strictly follow the plan. Once you begin taking injectable medication, you will receive your starting bonus. Eligibility for the starting bonus is contingent upon completion of agreed-upon milestones, including commencement of the injectable medication phase.

Begin IVF to Become a Surrogate Mother
Transfer day is here, and our team will be with you every step of the way. On your IVF day, wear loose, comfortable clothing, bring healthy snacks and water, and pack stress-relief items like a journal or meditation app. Keep an IVF folder to organize your records and appointments, use a medication organizer to manage your IVF medications, and have a contact list of supportive friends or family ready.

After Transfer, Take Medications to Ensure Success
Once the transfer is complete, you’ll receive a clear medication schedule to follow. It’s important to stick to this schedule as closely as possible, since taking your medications correctly helps support a healthy pregnancy. If you have any questions or concerns about your medication, always reach out to your doctor or coordinator for guidance.

HCG Appointment(s) to Confirm Surrogate Pregnancy
After about two weeks, you will go to an HCG appointment to confirm if the In Vitro Fertilization was successful and if you are now pregnant. There is usually a second HCG appointment a few days later to confirm the pregnancy.

Ultrasound Appointment
About 4 to 6 weeks after transfer, you will get an ultrasound to check on the health and progress of the baby.

You are Pregnant!
For the next few months, enjoy the unique experience of pregnancy! Depending on the parents, you may meet with them periodically during this time. In addition to normal compensation, life insurance, health insurance and a generous benefits package, our surrogate mothers are eligible to get reimbursed for any out-of-pocket costs like medical co-pays, maternity clothing, and travel expenses.

Give Birth to a Beautiful Child
When the time comes, you will give someone the greatest gift possible: a new child. After giving birth, you may be given some time with the baby before presenting the child to the intended parents. After giving birth we will continue to provide you with support services.
